Another vote for for Virgin Media service. Broadband is reliable and fast.
When ever I have had a problem I have found the people at the Indian call centre very polite, well spoken and very helpful.
If you want to moan about a service, Then NTL kicked all others into a cocked hat.. probably one of the most inept service providers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was so tempted to change to Sky but didn't want a dish on the outside of my house. So glad I held out for VM.
