Thank you to all of the people who gave ideas for yesterday's dinner of roast beef. Now have half a big lump of beef and wondering what to do with it today???

Cover it in whole grain mustard

Cut it into chunks and whack it in a stew on low . Go for a ride and have a lovely lunch ready for you when you get home .
Or
Slice it and cook it in gravy to revive it for round two of roast dinners .

You can also cut it into thin strips or cubes and crisp it up for a stir fry if you want something a little lighter to eat .

Three weeks ? Ive just looked at mine in the fridge and realised it needed to go in the bin as it was cooked on Christmas day

Christmas day? So what? As long as you've kept it cool and dry and clean, you haven't cut it with a knife that's been in contact with uncooked meat and it doesn't smell you can carry on eating it.
