My other half has been hard at work today making a cake for our grandaugrandrs 3rd birthday party tomorrow .

And now we have 2 pots of home made butter cream to eat .

So any ideas please ?

Out of interest, was it a basic butter cream (butter, icing sugar & vanilla) or was it a cooked butter cream using sugar syrup and egg yolks?

Tub "Stork" margerine and icing sugar then a small amount of colouring to suit
