Been looking at arm and leg warmers on many sites and still not sure what would be the correct size for myself, 6' 1", 34/36" waist and 33" inside leg. Guides seem a little vague on these items. Any help would be appreciated.

They are quite stretchy and you want them to be snug fitting, otherwise they go baggy. Length is not too important as they don't need to go the full leg. Probably better to be a bit short, rather then too long.

If buying online and unsure, buy two sizes and return one. Find a retailer with free delivery and returns e.g Sigma sport

Some manufacturers give arm and leg circumference for sizing. Waist and inside are pretty much irrelevant.
if looking for spring and unturned, maybe look at knee warmers rather than full-length leg warmers

Yes, you do want them 'snug' so they don't slip down.

BUT do NOT get them too tight. I did a 6 hour ride in a pair of leg warmers which had fitted me when I was slim, but after putting 4 stone on they were way too tight and caused blood clots in my legs!
