Let me out the house Weather!!!

I haven't ridden a bike since the Sunday before last. This crap weather is making cycling almost impossible. Not only that but the wet leaves are a danger,as well as the strong winds we've been having. I've been "power walking" around the local park,to keep myself in shape,for the last week.

Hey and it's not a flat park i'll have you know! It's a 1 in 2 gradient in some parts.

Got an hour in on the Bardney to Lincoln track, fine both ways.

But they're both in Lincolnshite....

I know but the track could be almost anywhere.

Off road only for me in these conditions.

I once went off road in windy conditions and was nearly taken out by a large falling branch

These things are a danger/hazard this time of the year'

My back wheel went over one the other week. I thought i was going to come off the bike.. Mind you,they've been on the ground now since July, when we had a stormy period during that wonderful summer we've just experienced. They weren't so bad then as they were underdeveloped and quite soft and small,but now the mature ones are down. Some are like golf balls!
