Hi Guys,
first post here, hello to all.
I've been building an old Raleigh Triathlon frame for a while, with the intention of making it a Single Speed. My initial intention was to use all Campag components, (I know very extravagant given it's a Raleigh by hey, I love British bikes).
I'm too chicken to ride Fixie so will be fitting brakes. I was looking for some advice on the brake levers to use. I've had a look at retro Campag Record levers but they go for stupid money on eBay. Also not sure if the cables are fully integrated of if they exit via the top of the hoods.
Does anyone have any recommendations on which levers to use? I want to retain that old-skool look but at the same time use new/ newish components.
I'd appreciate your thoughts guys.
Best Wishes,
Ross

Here you go, scroll to the bottom. Plenty of choices

http://www.velosolo.co.uk/shoppedal.html I have a Shimano version of the
Tektro Aero R100A/RL341 Compact Drop Bar Brake Levers and they work very well
