We once had a difficult patient for a Barium meal

She questioned everyone's abilities and was negative until the radiologist asked if he was seeing pheasant or rabbit in her bowel

She was amazed that he could see a 6 week old meal and now had nothing but admiration

What had actually been seen was lead shot lodged in the villi of the small intestine and the likely cause was eating game
