Sometimes I go out for an hour in the way, whilst I am job hunting / looking for my next contract and wondering if anyone else lives nearby and is free in the day for an hour every now and then?
Until I injured my back a couple of months ago I was able to average 16-18mph and just starting to get back to fitness so probably a little below that though am flexible. Some days you want the company as much as a ride don't you.
