Thanks , the team at kettering Hospital always insist on no cycling and other things for a minimum of 2 weeks before a PSA test so cycling stops Thursday this week and will resume the morning after my PSA test .

Good luck with the psa test. My father is 76 now and 5 years ago was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. He underwent radio therapy and the other medication and dietary plans. He’s fine now and enjoys his cycling again.

I am hoping for a reduced PSA score this time but will see what happens between this one and the next one in 3 months time then will see the specialist and discuss options .
