Yes, best wishes with that.

I went through the whole journey from elevated PSA to laser removal, so if you have any non-medical questions PM me.

Thanks , the team at kettering Hospital always insist on no cycling and other things for a minimum of 2 weeks before a PSA test so cycling stops Thursday this week and will resume the morning after my PSA test .

Good luck with the psa test. My father is 76 now and 5 years ago was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. He underwent radio therapy and the other medication and dietary plans. He’s fine now and enjoys his cycling again.
I look forward to seeing more of your intercity and thank you for sharing the mudguard details, that was going to be my next addition 👍

I am hoping for a reduced PSA score this time but will see what happens between this one and the next one in 3 months time then will see the specialist and discuss options .

Well the intercity 8 has seen a few miles of the Tissington trail this week, would have liked to have seen a few more but the original Kenda's imho not up to the job ie two punctures centre of the tread .

Bike performed as good as ever , it fits in behind the driver's seat in the Nissan note folded as long as I don't have the rear seat slid to far forward.

So a set of Marathons are to be ordered and fitted just hope they don't kill the ride quality too much.

Ah, a wider choice for sure.

Im finding 451's easy enough to source, just the choice isnt terribly extensive.

Fitted a set of Marathon green guard tyres last night on to the intercity and they were the easiest Marathons I have ever fitted .

Up early today to do a few miles on the new tyres just in case there were any issues and it seemed to ride just as well as the original Kenda's.
