I'm out as I'm still reasonably unfit, have woken with a head cold and probably have other plans now for Sunday. Apologies, one day I intend to make a LLandegla meet,

FINAL CALL! Conditions couldn't be better, dry spell, cold and clear.

It is still an early start, meet at 8.30 and get rolling asap. It won't be a fast loop so don't worry if you feel you will be off the pace, we always wait and regroup. On a positive note, at least the ludicrously early start should allow us to avoid the hoards and be heading home well before lunchtime.

Anyway, Llandegla in normal conditions is always a hoot....when it's frosty dry it's freakin awesome.

Also featured a lesser spotted Fosbrook. Good to see the man.

Awesome ride, absolutely on fire on the jumps and felt really fluid. Think I must have spent half the ride in the air!

I love mountain biking.
