Gaye Bykers on Acid - Gaye Bykers on Acid

King Short Shirt - Ghetto Vibes (circa 1976):becool::blush:

I only enter this as I feel like a total music philistine, reading all these obscure groups and titles...Apart from the Spin Doctors first, I would be hard pushed to remember tunes..I need to get out more:wacko:

Seriously, if you are ripping, rip losslessly, even if you have to buy a bigger hard drive. It's nothing compared to the pain of doing it all again (i've done all 2000 albums twice now and it takes weeks and weeks and weeks feeding those soddin' disks in.)

itunes will then re-encode to a more space efficient format for you ipod...

got part of it, but have the original on vinyl, so a half beer for you.

You could buy a USB turntable and rip the vinyl which would mean a total of 1.5 virtual beers for that one!

The Best of - New Order
10 - Pearl Jam
Paint your wagon - Red Lorry Yellow Lorry
The Queen is Dead - The Smiths
Mouth to Mouth - Levellers

Does that mean 'is in *my* beer queue?' bringing me up to 2.5 beers, and a worthy leader thus far?

Mask - Bauhaus
Ziggy Stardust - David Bowie
Tender Prey - Nick Cave

yes, but your last selections are a bit out. that said, i have a fair bit of bauhaus vinyl, and consider their version of ziggy stardust as the definitive one.
