I had free tickets last year, didn't go and like you heard it was a bit lame. I again have freebies for this year- out for a CC ride on Saturday and frankly I doubt I'll bother going up to the smoke for it on Sunday.

i was going to go but now have to work this weekend so did the boat show last weekend . if its klike last years the boat show and the outdoors show will be the best part of the bike show

I would love to go but I've had no work for weeks so I can't afford it and even if I got there I wouldn't be able to buy anything, maybe next year. It'd have been nice to have a look though.

I have just returned, in summary not as good as the main bike show, spent an interesting couple of hours there though. I enjoyed watching the bike polo, the Pinarello stand was excellent.
One thing, if you are looking for a bargain, they have the Muvi cameras half price. Genuine bargain. Other than that there were few interesting show special offers. Madison had a few, but generally the prices were LBS level.
Also not too many freebies.
One thing : Go Ape have a wonderful zip wire there, maybe 200M long, very good.
