So many things are, but sometimes you just gotta take a hit. On that note I just popped out for cod and chips for one - £9.20! Not been to the chippy for a while, and won't be hurrying back.

The last time I went it was a waste of time. Hardly anything to buy, unlike motorcycle shows where there is plenty of cheap gear on sale.

Probably be a number of smart trainers and apps on show. So if looking for a turbo might be useful. A few holiday companies. E bikes will be there. Lots of tat as well.
last year was a real disappointment but often use it as a meet up for a bunch of us that did L2P a few years back and discuss rides we'll do for the year ahead. I found more on offer at registration for Ride London if I'm honest. Hopefully it'll be better this year.
