Segregated lane, line on tarmac, suggested route, it matters not. The erroneous idea that cyclists are not allowed on other bits of the road is an inevitable consequence of creating this stuff.

but , but, but the LCC wanted it ( segregation) and they speak for ALL London Cyclists so we all must want it . never mind the , as you say inevitable "thats your lane there" . despite me being able to ride as fast as the bus in front of me that the cockwombler driver cant get past anyway

Interesting to note that while the taxi driver thought that the cyclist should only use the 'cycle lane', the taxi drivers (plural) were all happy to use the ordinary running lane, the bus lane, the cycle lane AND the ghost island depending which appeared to get them to the front quicker...

Still, 'taxi driver' and 'double standards' are words that have never appeared in the same sentence, aren't they..?

Setting the controls for the heart of the sun.
I'm not questioning the guys literacy but other countries do not have as stringent a driving test as the UK test and yet a driving licence can be transferred from their own country (via an 'International' licence) to a British one.
The Indian 'Licence' is pretty easy to pass as this video demonstrates.

I think it is a GB or EC licence holder to qualify, but I have no knowledge of the standards of driving tests of other EC countries.

This happened on CS7.

I can't say I'm surprised.

As I alluded to on another thread, I rode the length of CS7 last week to pop over to @vickster, and if that was my daily commute I'd give up cycling.

Works perfectly for me

I have had several drivers here in Portsmouth endorsed and it has also worked in Edinburgh and London
