It's a bit more complicated than that...
How would one go about buying associate membership?

I like the idea of there being an earlier, slower group heading out from London!
The FNRttC is not fast. Rolling average the times I've done it has been about 11mph, which is stately. It takes 8 hours to cover 60-odd miles, including a break of an hour for "lunch", three or four regroups in London and two main ones outside.
