it’s been over a year since I was last on here. Finally gave myself a kick up the arse and getting back on the bike as I’ve signed up for the big Wolverhampton to Aberdovery ride next year. Training for it starts Friday any tips as nearly starting from scratch again ?.
I'd suggest planning ahead some rides and days, that way you're a bit more organised than just a spur of the minute thing. What places would you want to go to again or for the first time?
