Dont forøget free fruit on the way. On
My way home from work today i collected brambles, Apples, Pearl and plums.

Curry tomato sauce is also a good edition to pasta or rice.

There is always the Road kill cookbook. A leg of camel goes a long way.

Four legs go even farther.

Now your being ridiculous. You need to keep one bag for your camping gear, so the most you can take is 3 legs.

On the road my staples are: rice, pasta (spag stores well), oats and bread.
To flavour I like good olive oil, garlic, chili, stock cubes, herbs. I also like chorizo, tomato sauce sachets, fresh vegtables, maybe the odd tin of something (tuna, peas, sweetcorn, etc)
A good thing to try to do is to try to recreate your favourite dishes from the country you are in.
In poorer countries I suspect your options will open up as street food will be pretty good and cheap.
