Having tried a bit of Longboarding my self (not on hills anywhere near that long and not at those speeds) I can safely say that is impressive.
Although I suspect the camera flash the motorvehicle behind rather than the rider.

This fellow did 68mph going past the speed camera. Amazing speed!

Well doing 68mph on a long-board I would say is pretty awesome.
Would take some skills to keep on the board.
