You have 2 options.
1. New job with less hours.
2. Stop recording mileage and enjoy what you are able to do.

I'm working on

1. Getting off the on-call rota
2. No job (retirement)

A 12 month and 5 year plan ;)

Edit - I've recruited into 1 of the BMS vacancies and have suitable applicants this time 'round for the Quality Manager post, 1 extra person coming onto the on-call rota in early September - only 1 more BMS post and a support worker post to go - a light at the end of the tunnel :smile:

(I'll always enjoy being on the bike - hard to stop recording mileage tho' when it's been part of your cycling routine for over 40 years) :crazy:
