Been there before several times. I tend to find a few commutes on the train/tube are enough to get me back in the saddle pretty swiftly.

Does anyone have any advice on how i re-ignite my passion for Cycling, Really struggling of late to be bothered to get kitted up and go out...

I brought a brand new BMC 3 weeks ago and its still sitting in the shed a tarmac virgin.....

Commuting, for me personally, is a pain. My bike is taking me somewhere I'm not really wanting to go to and often feel as if I just want to give cycling a break.
When I get time at weekends, I'll get on my bike and just ride. Sometimes, I'll do 20 miles, other days I'll do 60. Sometimes I'm kitted out, other times I'm not. I take my time and amble along enjoying the sights. No pressure, no timing, and no targets. I feel great after and find myself looking forward to my next 'amble' Maybe if you tried this for a couple of rides, you'll get your cycling mojo back
