friday night tea was Liver , onions , mushrooms and chips with peas .

todays lunch was the remains of the liver warmed up and put in a pitta bread , again lovely .

Lambs liver and onions - yes please.

Voted Yes - although that could imply that I hate liver due to the imprecise nature of the Q.

Used to love it but either my taste buds or liver has changed over last couple of years. My dad cooked some (lambs liver) for me a few years ago and I didn't like it but forced it down as he'd done it specially for me xx(.

When I was a student I used to buy Beasts Liver usually once a week. Tasty, cheap meal. Always fried in seasoned flour with onions then braised till tender. Never liked it pink xx(.

Not had liver now for at least 3 years GF can't stand the smell of it cooking and not sure I'd like now as I said at start wasn't keen on taste last time I had it.

The whole works. Full believer in the idea that if an animal is going to die you may as well use all of it!!

Liver. Very hot pan. One side down, turn, press, put on plate. What the French would probably call bleu if they were man enough to eat liver.

What you do with it then is your choice. Bit of mash, maybe just a bit of tabasco and two slices of bread......

However, since the gout fairy came to visit this is all now a no no....
