Lying drivers and road rage

It is a very small world. I know the Jag driver. He used to work for me and I can confirm that he was an instructor when I worked in Hull.
Can you also confirm that he's a nobber?

My understanding is that the Police let Joe down and didnt bother even looking at the video but that the insurers are now possibly looking at it. Disagree with it having ever been two lanes, sometimes the entrance is wider due to the speeds traffic does as it exits a roundabout. Sure I remember a traffic engineer having said that can be the practice they employ.
I don't know the junction or when it was built but lots of slips were designed like that in the 60's and retrofitted with hatching because it encouraged such stupid actions a modern traffic design with several safety audits should advise against it before its even built. That's a bit of an aside though the driver was still a nobber (to put it politely) ;)

The Jag driver shouldn't have a license after that. The moped at no point moved to the right, just held is position, to be so impatient to try and get round on the corner is a disgrace, as for slamming the anchors on and swerving into the curb, never mind losing his license the old git should be sewing mailbags.

I had to stop watching it after 2 minutes. I don't know what happens after that or the outcome but it was actually making me very very angry watching it.

It's the eve before Christmas Eve and I want to chill out watching some fluffy christmassy cr_ap, not this.

I think I honestly would have floored the fella if that was me and I was on a bike.

The trouble is the system allows people to pull crap like that and get away with it, or otherwise let off with a very lenient punishment. They need to come down HARD on them but the motoring lobby would just say it was war on the motorist or something. It doesn't help that motorists are in the majority also.

Feel really sorry for the moped rider looked really scarey.

During the summer I was overtaken by a driving instructor giving a lesson on a narrow blind hump back bridge so that qualification does not make for brilliance :sad:

He probably lied. People do that, especially concerning driving.

I recall a neighbour dispute when I was a child, about access to the rear of houses. Next door had nailed up the gate from our rear garden that passed through theirs to the shared passageway. Nothing to do with cars, no vehicle access, on-street parking only, next door didn't own a car and my dad kept his van in a rented council garage 3 streets away.

Next door neighbours mother lived up the other end of the street and came around to tell us "what was what". Talking to my mother about the issue;

"I", she very firmly and matter of factly said, "am a DRIVER!"

I think fish was 50p at the time, which is about as relevant. But she obviously considered that to be the fact that settled everything.
