I'd guess that if they were warmed up they would be much more pliable and/or lubricating the rim

The tyres are easy to get on the wheels with a good set of tyre levers and after 5mins in the oven. No pegs or pins, I did need to centre the tyre tread by pulling them with pliers wrapped in a cloth, so the tread was central.

The big problem is that the rolling resistance is very, extremely, extraordinarily high, so they are too difficult to get rolling. No good for my intended purpose, the training Rollers using my track bike, even when changing to a 77 inch gear (47T 16T) it was too much effort to get the wheels rolling. :cry:
