No.

Isn't using a proper pump good aerobic stuff/cardiac workout?

Not really. A dozen strokes of an SKS Airkompressor and the tyre's up.

I can pump sixty strokes of a Lezyne compact pump in a bit over a minute.

Are you inflating tractor tyres or does the Lezyne pump not deliver much air/pressure?

My recentest puncture repair experience was that most of the time spent inflating a tyre with a Lezyne pump is trying to get the connector off without unscrewing the valve core
