I see 'residents stopped the driver from leaving' was translated by the defence barrister to 'he waited at the scene for police'.
Also typically, we are now told this useless waste of space is coming off the drugs.
About all that was missing was his charity work, care for his elderly mum, and that he was suffering from stress, or the increasingly fashionable ADHD.
