Inspired by the Manchester to Blackpool ride but sad the ferry was not available, i decided to plan a DIY audax route to include the ferry.

Completed it today and here is the ferry at Knott End. Sunny!

At the risk of boring you all rigid, here is the route I took courtesy of a Relive flyby. Different roads from Prestwich to Ribchester and then same/very similar to Fleetwood except I went around Garstang to Knott End.
