Likewise. There are snipers on my route, and I don't want to make it any easier for them!

8:15 out and 5:15 return. More or less.

8ish, maybe 8:30... oh, OK 9am start.. Set off home bang on 5pm

Times-
Early shift- 4.45am and 2pm
Late shift- 12.45pm and 10pm

White Spesh Secteur with seatpost rack and paniers, usually have yellow jacket on when it's dark and blue top, black tights when it's not

Probably more Stockport than Manchester, but thought I'd join in anyway
