Mark Beaumont's '80 Days' doc from GCN+

This doesn't seem to be available anywhere at the moment - I remember enjoying it on GCN+ but obviously that's not around anymore, and it's not one of the extended films in their Youtube members area.

Would some kind person have a link to a stream of it, so I can show my son and help explain why we can't cycle around the world in his school summer holidays!

They're all still available on Youtube - but you need to join the channel as a member for a fee, a lot of youtube content is now being put on in this format.

There only seem to be 54 videos in the members list, and the 80 Days isn't one of them - is it definitely there if I subscribe? Don't want to drop £13 for nothing....

This is from a while ago, so may not be current, but I believe they had different films 'on rotation' - i.e. they were not all available at the same time. If you wanted to see all of them you had to become a member for some time and wait for the films to show up.

Ah thanks - that was his earlier unsupported trip but that'll do for showing to an 8 year old. The other one is either out of rotation on GCN+ or lost to history for now.

It's a tough one to find since GCN+ shut down. Your best bet is to check the producer's (Holiday) website directly or their Vimeo on Demand page they sometimes have it for rent there. Failing that, a deep search on YouTube might turn up an unofficial upload. Good luck! It's a fantastic film.

Haha it's included in Amazon Prime, the one place I didn't look, which I must have known about before because when I clicked on it it started halfway through! Will check it for language first but from memory it's a more satisfying watch than the self-filmed one, which is a bit grim at times, if only due to the weather and picture quality. Thanks all.

They rotate the old GCN+ videos periodically so you might have to wait a while for the one you want to appear in the list.
