From the same article:

  • Anna Wintour rarely changes her uniform of a simple dress, severe and perfect bob, and massive sunglasses
  • Steve Jobs and black polonecks are almost synonymous
  • Karl Lagerfeld is never seen not wearing black, with his hair and sunglasses firmly in place every day
  • Christopher Nolan the film director, told the New York Times it was “a waste of energy” to choose a new outfit everyday and always wears a dark jacket and a blue shirt.
  • Albert Einstein bought multiple versions of the same suit
  • Even The Queen dresses in similarly cut suits and identical hats - although they are in all the colours of the rainbow

I've done the same for years taking the queue from Einstein long before facebook existed.

By the way, I'm not Einstein but admire his dress sense and I'm not an undertaker either.

Despite that I own three identical black suits. No worries about poncing about in the morning working out what to wear to work. I encourage any non-hipster, no-metrosexual bloke to do the same, nobody cares what you wear anyway.

I don't understand, where do you get measured by the tailor if it's a website?
One finds one's Gentleman knows what size to order.

I'm surprised to find that anyone thinks "choice" is required when grabbing the nearest clothes to hand; it smacks of thinking too much about what you look like to me.
