Mavic Aksium Spoke - Spinning around

My rear Mavic Aksium non disc wheel has a spoke that is loose. I can spin the whole thing round and round.
I have no idea of the make up of the inside of the wheel, what is threaded to what.
I've just started looking for a manual.

It's still true and is used on a Turbo trainer these days, but I would prefer it to be serviceable.

The nipple has probably been threadlocked and isn’t the hub end of them round sitting in a round hole?
Holding the spoke might allow you to break the seal or maybe the spoke. Good luck

The spokes are still bladed ? You could hold the spoke with an adjustable spanner (use some cloth) and gently twist the nipple.
