Maximum tyre width for this rim?

Road and off-road ( if that makes a difference) on these rims.

Thanks, had a look at that before but wasnt sure it was upto date as the rim that came with my bike has 35c tyre on it and going by sheldon around 30 would be the max.

It has not came off the rim but it does feel funny when cornering .

He does say that as long as the bead is seated correctly you can pretty much put any width on any rim, it's the bead size that's crucial.

Mtb are a testament to this, huge widths on narrow rims.

Thanks all, think its down to tyre pressure as higher the pressure the more you need to stick to the guidelines hence you get away with bigger tyres on smaller width rims on mountain bikes.

Think I should be ok as long as I dont pump my tyres up over recomended amount .

Just thought it was funny that the rims on my CX bike are narrower (14mm internal width) than that on my road bike but with 35c tyres .
