With a large wedge of TFLs money tied up in bankrupt Icelandic banks, It is going to be almost a certainty.

His remit was to get London moving. This is what he said in the election speeches. Slowing down some of the major roads into London is not going to achieve this.

There are places where the 20s make a lot of sense though.
