I've just typed the address in but it didn't recognise it.

Traffic will force the material(used in the repair) into the surrounding surface material, thereby creating a stronger repair as they flatten the material. We have had some potholes filled round us.Seem incapable of leaving a level surface most of them are more like mini road humps.
I'm off out for a long walk soon. I'll pass it and get the correct address then contact them.

None council owned, just whacker plates. No road rollers in your area then?
Last lot of contractors didn't have a good track record with repairs.I feel sorry for any 2 wheeled road users that hit them before the cars compact them down, particularly in the wet.
I checked the address yesterday and i was right. I've tried to send it again but the page doesn't recognise it. The slippery surfaced road is Church Lane in Great Harwood Lancs. Other Church Lanes come up as suggestions but not this one.
Put that exactly into google maps and voila! Post code:Church Lane in Great Harwood Lancs.
