So how far on your pudding avatar? As a few people here know, I've got three rides I do 23, 37 and 55 miles
23 miles - no cake
37 miles - one hot cross bun
55 miles - one hot cross bun, a Boost bar, Snickers bar and a Bounty.
I'm a creature of habit me....
I've done up to 12 hours of riding in one day, so a cake per hour would probably leave me . Unless it's cheesecake, of course, of which you can never have enough .I normally reckon that 1 cake = 1 hour of riding. Cake size and type has yet to be determined
Our local chippy serves greasy fish and pale, limp, soggy 'chips' which is exactly what happened last time I ate from them, haven't been back since.
Neither. Please pay attention! So what is best for more miles? Pie or Cake.
