Royal Mail, why do they make it so hard to find a missing parcel?
I gave my Brother some money to order me some bib tights for winter from Wiggle on his card. That was in early September, them being Gore they were out of stock at the time so we just waited for them to come in and get the email. Time passed on and I forgot until this week and realised.. "wheres me leggins?!"
Bro emails Wiggle who say "nothing to do with us, we posted them on the 28th Sept, phone Royal Mail."
He goes on their website expecting there to be a customer services number or email. The website seems a little convoluted at best. I've just been on there to try and figure it out but it just takes me to a claims pdf. WTF I just want the parcel? It doesnt even seem an appropriate document, its for the person who sent it I think?
Anyone had trouble like this recently? How did you sort it? I've not had an "undelivered mail" card through the door or anything
