searching around looking at bull horn bars on t'e tinterweb and i stumbled across this, some hipster thing with the rear wheel bigger than the front by the looks of things and the top tube is at the most ludicrous angle yet!

I reckon that it's an optical illusion caused by the frame tube angles.
I'd put money on both wheels being the same size.

I thought it was a deeper section rim, but it could be a bigger tyre as well.
