Modolo speedy brake calipers

Can anyone tell my if my immaculate modolo speedy calipers will work with Campy brifter? And if simplex rear derailleur will work with Campy brifters also.

Have no experience of doing this but can't see why not if the brifters match the speeds on your cassette.
