Today is proving rather difficult after a week away drinking etc.
Back in the desk driving seat and hopefully the gym on the way home.

Staring out over a perfect vista of clear skies and no wind. After spending most of yesterday on my feet in charge of a family doo yesterday, I'm quite wiped though. Got a new lid so might use that as an excuse to get out this afternoon for an easy few miles.

We have a bright and sunny day. Just walked Bertie and had my third coffee I was going to ride but feel a bit weary after yesterday’s effort. So I will give it a miss, later is health check up.

Just finished last shift at the festival and phone signal magically reappears as the punters leave! Been sunny and windy in East Devon. Quick van pack up the off to Ledbury to my brother's for an overnight.
