I'm a Morrisons lorry driver and try to drive courtesy at all times,
we do get constant training so its ingrained in to us,
I would love to get feedback like this, I did once, for a previous employer,
it absolutely made my week, people are quick to criticise,
but its very rare to get praise

I like to give praise where it is deserved. Whether that is approaching people directly who have done a good job of driving around me, or going to the company so that managers, etc know about it.
