All Right Now is a bit dreary and cliched, but songs like "Love You So" or "Get Where i Belong" are fantastic tuneful, soulful, bluesy pop songs.

Free are said to be the session players favourite....a true music lovers group.

Lord (do we address you as that, or is it just plain Mr Teapot?),

Yes it was one of theirs, but the problem is that it is probabaly one of their worst songs yet it's the one that everyone knows..hence the underrating.

Aha!!! Point proven etc etc

It is because the common man believes taht to be the only song that they miss all the brilliant stuff, hence, underrated.

The Who, great band, but loved by most...so not applicable.

Los Lobos.

Like most of the other nominees they are mostly known for their one real hit (La Bamba) but the rest of their stuff was excellent R&B/TexMex. Thinking about it, they may be the only foreign band I've been twice to see live.
