I'm genuinely sorry to read this post. I hate hearing people are having such a bad times of things.

As you probably have ascertained I'm not the most serious poster on here but that doesn't stop me being saddened by this and wish you all the best.

I'm sure you will get loads of advice from others more qualified so I'll refrain from offering any as I'm sure it will be drivel anyway.

The only thing I know is setting yourself goals while denying yourself the things you enjoy.

To explain what I mean. Say for arguments sake you were a smoker. You would deny yourself a cigarette until you past a goal I.E getting up, showered, dressed and having breakfast. Then have one, Set another goal and then carry on throughout the day. I know this is a crap example as smoking is no good but I'm sure you'll get what i mean. Hopefully!!

take care

Thanks Greedo - I think that is the only serious post I've seen from you and thank you.

BTW for your trip in London did you decide on hotels? I'll also know some good places to go for food etc - as have ascertained Mrs Greedos sensibilities and tastes from you many posts!!!lol

You're welcome. Decided on the one you suggested so any recommendations will be much appreciated. Going to Benares on the Saturday night.

tt - I went through a bit of a patch last year, turned things upside down a bit, made a big decision, left something behind. Not sure it was quite like your situation, and I was jolly lucky that everything turned up right in the end, but if you want to talk by PM, please do...

When life gets weary, I always favour a change - a new project, hobby, interest, home, socks, breakfast cereal, angle of hat (sorry - lost it there in the last three). Something that gets me meeting a completely different set of people.

However it's not a way out, merely a sign-post that you have got out of a hole. Something that gets you away from that hole so you don't end up back in it again.
