For the record it is harsh, and I don't agree with disemboweling motorists for parking offences. Conversely, I have no sympathy for those who break the law in harsher regimes and suffer a hefty dose of unpleasantness as a result. It was his choice to go lidless in a country where the police are, by western standards, known to be rather heavy handed. Nobodies fault but his.

when i was a shiny young copper in the early nineties my favourite pastime at night was sneaking up behind cyclists with no lights and giving them a blast of the wailers. Many came close to a coronary, and one managed to fall off. Shame.

Drago hurts people for sh1ts and giggles. many coppers are inadequate bullies, jumped-up little self-important clagnuts who hurt people on purpose cos they think it's funny.
