Judges have ruled Massa's lawsuit can proceed to a trial.

Hes not seeking to overturn the actual championship result, but wants a boat load of money and the formal right to call himself "the rightful 2008 world champion."

Win or lose there are inevitably going to be some interesting revelations.

The money I can understand. The ‘title’, no. Nobody can say how the season would have unfolded if crashgate had been dealt with at the time.
