Ah, unleaded petrol.

They took out the lead which makes people dumb, and replaced it with stuff that gives people cancer.
Thank god for diesel ............^_^

Well the work van was due an mot mid April, checked the certificate & it's currently done just over 28,000 miles since last year, if it goes while November (please god no, just replace it) it'll be over 40,000 miles between tests :ohmy:

Ending 1 August, September could be bumper month for the testing stations, those that are normally due from September will be trying to book in & those from March will also.

Although, its interesting that insurers have a time machine and are able to go back and examine brake pads on the date the test should have been done.

That her pads were nacked when she crashed is one thing - claiming they 'would' have been picked up had it had the 1 year MOT is speculation. Probably well founded speculation, but speculation nevertheless.
