Any idea if the chainrings are compatible with tiagra 4650? I believe they are 110bcd, with 5 points of contact, if I recall correctly.

That's right 5 bolts 110BCD for compact chainsets

Either set will be fine and with the FSA ones, they, by all accounts, work fine 10sp.

Annoyingly (in the nicest possible way) it's always a pain when pals need bits and you can never really charge them however you quickly build up a big stash of favour credits....that they promptly forget.
