If you're prepared to collect and return it, you're welcome to borrow my Burley D'Lite trailer. It's not particularly big, but if you have two people cycling you'll carry a bit more load in there.

Off topic but ...

This post reminds me why I live in "thee cun'reesoide"! A know what a "trac'rr" is and I know what a "cumboine 'aavstrr" is (we has them round these parts, we does), but what's a red route?

(P.S. I'm being facetious!).

Many appologies for my completely unhelpful post ...

Red routes are sections of London's roads where there is no parking or stopping.
They are mainly on main roads and unlike the double yellow lines which are patrolled by the local borough council, red routes are the responsibility of Transport For London.

Basically they are there to keep the roads moving where there is both a bus route and regular heavy traffic.

I think I didn't need to write that did I?;)

That's not quite correct. Red routes are sections of London's roads where only white vans, 4x4s, taxis, builder's lorries, delivery vehicles and sports cars are allowed to stop -- so long as they have their hazard lights on.
