Muckoff bike cleaner

I keep my bik ein my house so when its filthy like it is now i get nagged.I used to use muckoff bike clenaer and it was excellent and was wondering if its still as good as it used to be? also is there a cheaper alternative as i will probably going through alot of the stuff and its not cheap.

Yes there is a cheaper alternative.
It's called washing up liquid, water and a bit of elbow grease.

And if the bike is not too mucky then Babywipes.

I wouldnt use washing up liquid it has a high concentration of salt in it, so ur lovely bike wont stay shiny for long


Nonsense.
Not too much of it and wipe down well after and it won't effect the bike finish at all.

Of course to make it even shinier, Mr Sheen is recommended after the wash.

I usually dilute it 50% to make it last longer but I have used neat if the bike has been really dirty and ive been using it for years on all my bikes which include a Colnago Master Xlite and a Colnago CT1 which is a mix of carbon fibre and titanium and both still look like new and no paint faded.
