I need a set of mudguards to suit 700x28mm tyres.
Does anyone know if there are any shops doing a special deal at the moment?

Cheers.
The best I have found so far is Pearsons who are knocking out 'CHROMO-TEC FULL LENGTH MUDGUARDS' for £19.99 plus p&p

Thanks, I did look at Ribble but they only had the narrow version available. 28mm is likely to be the narrowest tyre thats going on the bike, so I needed something wider.

Here's a tip for everyone.

Well, everyone intending to buy a new bike. Before you strike the deal with the salesman, if the bike has mudguard eyes, tell him you are going to fit mudguards.
He might bung in a pair with the bike, or at least knock 50% of the guards. If he doesn't, say "I'll pop in Halfords for some mudguards".

Its a bit like buying a car. Try for as many freebies as possible.
There are other bike shops.
