Mudguards.......?

Hi all,

I'm after a full mudguard set for my cannondale quick, I have been looking at the sks chromoplastic ones, but a little research shows that I have no fittment to the rear of my bottom bracket, which is required, also the brace across the top of the seat stays, has a hole going through the top , and not on the front, any on advice on alternatives appreciated. I'm running 28mm tyres .
